RollerSkateImplementation and time-to-market
Martin Fowler has written a small post with a great example of how good imagination can be crucial to iteratively release software with a small subset of features. It's a funny example on how you quickly can get a product to market that actually works thus creating business value fast. I would probably have sent an email instead of a fax to keep things in electronic form, but that would of course ruin the title of the blog post :-)
