M.Sc. in Information Technology

I did it! September 10, 2007 I defended my master thesis at an oral exam (got the grade 10 in the new danish grade system, which corresponds to a B in the ECTS scale). Now I'm entitled Cand.it / M.Sc. in Information Technology with Software Development as my specialty. It is very nice to finally have set a period on many years of education. I'm looking forward to my work life with new and exiting challenges.

As of October 1, 2007 I'm employed at Lund & Bendsen A/S as Instructor and Consultant within software development primarely in technologies like Java, Java EE (JSP, Servlets, JSF, EJB, JMS etc), XML and Web services, Hibernate, Spring, and other interesting Java related frameworks.

M.Sc. Thesis delivered

Today Xin Yao and I handed in our thesis at the IT-University of Copenhagen with the title "Distributed Transaction Management in SOA-based System Integration". Next monday we will defend it at an oral exam. It has been seven interesting months with a lot of work, especially in the last couple of weeks!
